Global Sector Content Marketing Manager

Qmatic are looking for a Global  Sector Content Marketing Manager to work virtually within the global marketing team alongside the Global Sector Marketing Manager. Qmatic is the global leader in customer journey management, enabling 2 billion yearly customer journeys in over 120 countries.

The role sits within the Qmatic sector unit, who’s overall goal is to establish Qmatic as the global leader in Customer Journey Management solutions in focus markets including, Healthcare, Retail and Finance. The successful candidate with support the sector marketing strategy working with the sector marketing manager and sector unit team.

As the global sector content marketing manager for healthcare, a typical day might include;

  • Creating sector content based on buyer personas and buyer journey stages
  • Reviewing digital channels and assessing content and lead generation performance
  • Work with external agencies on content and specialists to execute in local markets
  • Creating a great success story based on customers within the sector that can support the buyers journey by virtually interviewing sales members and customers
  • Creating sector communications to existing customers to delight and increase customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with sales and partner teams to keep them up to date on sector insights and the value-adding content available
  • Virtually working with the Qmatic marketing, sector teams and wider global sales organisation

This role would be great for you if you enjoy;

  • Communicating and working virtually with global teams to deliver great content into local markets around the world
  • Using marketing automation techniques to create effective buyers journey touchpoints driven by value adding content
  • Using digital media to reach new audiences and markets such as social and video
  • Crafting amazing content that can grab the attention of prospective buyers and convert them in the buyer's journey
  • Taking on a brand-new role that has strategic importance to the organisations growth

What you will need to do this role:

  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably with the tech or public sector
  • Marketing content creation experience
  • Experience of lead generation via digital channels
  • HubSpot or other marketing automation tool and Salesforce experience would be great but not essential 
  • Higher-educated to degree level in the Marketing discipline

  • The position is full-time and will be based ideally in the UK working alongside the Global Sector Content Marketing Manager for Public and working virtually with colleagues around the world (working hours aligned toGMT -5/+2 to allow for team collaboration)
