We are expanding our direct sales in North America, with special focus on the East coast markets and we are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who wants to lead this journey. You will be part of the Sales team and report directly to the VP of Sales for the West coast .

Presales Engineer – East Coast

Atlanta, GA

This is opportunity for a Pre-Sales Engineer driven candidate to make a real impact and to further develop Qmatics direct sales business on the west coast. Your responsibility will cover all from set up of business plan and strategy for the market, to evaluation of partners and business follow up, to ensure regional targets are met.

The Pre-Sales Engineer supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions. The PSE collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that effectively address all the customer needs, and are in a proper way supported by the key customer technical decision-makers.

They are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.

Your background

We are looking for a driven, well organized and enterprising person, with 3 to 5 years of sales experience and experience of complex solution selling and IT integration projects. The right candidate is aware of how to build long term relation-ships and influence partners and recognize the value of a customer focused approach. You must have the ability to perform both strategic and operational tasks and enjoy working with people from different cultures.

  • Have a knack for solving complex problems in addition to good communication and analytical skills. Accurate completion of required tasks using, mainframe computers and database user interface software, such as Microsoft SQL Server. Four year college degree from an accredited institution. Experience in Enterprise Software Sales Subject Matter Expertise - Responsible for acquiring necessary Domain knowledge of Qmatic key sectors.
  • As communication skills are essential in this role, we expect you to be fluent in English and another local language, both written and spoken.
